1. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, customers must contact us as soon as possible using the contact details provided on our website.
2. Returns
Due to the nature of our products, especially limited-quantity items, we do not offer returns for change of mind, size issues, or personal preference.
Returns may be accepted only in the following cases:
a) The item received is damaged
b) The item received is defective
c) The item received is incorrect
Any return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photos or videos of the issue.
3. Refunds
If a return request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original mode of payment.
Refunds will be initiated within 5 to 7 business days after approval. The time taken for the amount to reflect in the customer’s account may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:
a) Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
b) Size or fit issues
c) Color variations due to screen or lighting differences
d) Items purchased during sales or promotional offers, unless damaged or defective
5. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer exchanges.
6. Failed or Duplicate Payments
In case of a failed or duplicate payment where the amount has been deducted, the excess amount will be refunded automatically to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
